Latest Delivery Information

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your patience and continued support during this uncertain time.

Although we still have some restrictions in place, we have restarted production on orders from this week (3rd Aug 2020).

We have a number of orders pending from before we stopped production, and these will be prioritised and made first. Please see details of delivery times and dates below.

Orders made before 30th June – Delivery to be made in the next 2-3 weeks. These will be made in date order.

Orders placed between 1st – 31st July – Please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery of these orders.


Orders placed from 1st August onwards – Initially delivery for these orders could take up to 6-8 weeks depending on what has been ordered.  We expect these times to come down once we can get back to normal in terms of our production capacity.

We are working to put delivery times on each product individually. Please check these are ok prior to placing an order.The whole order will take up to the delivery time of the item with the longest expected delivery and orders will not be split to send items ready sooner out first.

Please also note that although we will do our best to fulfil orders as soon as possible and in line with timings above we cannot guarantee delivery times in the current environment.

We know that a number of customers have outstanding orders with us and appreciate this will be frustrating, especially for those who have already seen delays with their orders. We can only apologise for these delays and hope that you can understand how the everchanging position and guidance, especially here in Leicester, has meant uncertainty on production and lead times. If you do have an order outstanding with us, we would like to reassure all customers that we are committed to getting these produced and delivered as soon as it is possible.

We would like to thank all customers for their patience so far however we do understand that some customers may not be able to wait and will need a refund. If you would like a refund on your order please email quoting your name and order number and we will get the payment for these returned to you as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process these.

If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or using the contact form on our site. We are working with limited staff who are working remotely and are experiencing a high volume of emails at the moment. We will endeavour to respond to all as quickly as we can.


This is a difficult and uncertain time for all. Our thoughts are with anyone affected by the Pandemic and those helping us to get through this challenging time.  They have our full support. We urge everyone to follow and respect the Government guidelines with regards to CoVid-19.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you are 100% happy with your new baby clothes or gifts. If however for some reason you are not totally satisfied please email us to organise a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we cannot refund or exchange any purchase that was made more than 30 days ago. We also cannot refund or exchange any garments that have been used, washed or damaged.

If your garment is faulty, we apologise and will have this replaced for you as soon as possible.

Unless your garment is faulty we cannot refund postage, packaging or any other costs relating to the return of the garments to us. When returning garments to us please use a safe, secure and traceable service.

Please allow 5-7 days after the return of goods to verify and arrange refund or exchange of garments.
